HOW does it all work

Step 1: You complete the “Order Website” form and soon after receive an invoice.

Step 2: Once invoice payment is processed we commence the process to install your Website.

Step 3: We set up the branding and content that you send to us and build your website for you.

(Please note: our packages include using the ready-made website layout you chose when you placed your order. Any additional pages, added features or layout and design changes are an additional cost)

what payment terms Do you offer?

Easy Basic Package: full payment upfront before website setup commences.

Easy Pro Package: 50% deposit and 50% final payment when work is complete.

Web Care Plans are paid monthly.

We accept payments via Direct Deposit, Credit Card or Paypal.

Prices are + GST

who creates the content for my website?

You know your business better than us so it only makes sense that you create the content that best describes and represents you and your business.  Content is made up of text, logo and images.

what if i don't have a logo yet?

If you don’t have a logo yet and you are on a tight budget, canva.com is a great way to make your own logo.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO FINISH MY WEBSITE?

Once we install your website, we will be able to start building your website, and adding all your text and images that you sent us via our Content Request Form.  How long it takes depends a lot on how prepared you are with all your text and images.  Your website could be finished within a day or so, but again this depends on your pace and how long it takes you to create your content (if you don’t have any prepared in advance). A reasonable time frame of completion is 1-4 weeks.

can i have an email set up with my website?

Absolutely, if you are hosting your website with us we can set up an email address with your domain name extension.

If you are hosting elsewhere it will depend on what type of hosting package you are on.

For e.g. info@yourwebsite.com.au

Custom emails look more professional than a personal email such as Yahoo, Gmail or Hotmail.

Once we set this up for you, we will then provide you with the username, password and mail server so you can set this up in your preferred email client (eg. Outlook, Mac Mail or Gmail).

what if i don't have any images to use yet?

If you don’t have any existing images for your business or the budget to have any professionally taken, we recommend sourcing free stock images in the meantime.  A good place to find lots of free images is on canva.com

who will own my website?

You will be the owner 100%!! Whether you choose to use your own hosting service or ours, you are the owner of your domain. You will have full control and you can move, change or do whatever you want with your website!

DO I NEED TO HAVE MY OWN domain name AND hosting service?

Domain: If you don’t already own a website domain you will need to buy one through Crazy Domains, or a similar company.

Hosting Service:  – Your Website can be hosted on your own hosting service or on our hosting service. If you would like us to set up your hosting service, please tick the box on the “Order Website” Form.

WON'T MY WEBSITE LOOK LIKE JUST ANOTHER READY-MADE WEBSITE?

Not really, because not only do we have many ready-made websites to choose from, by the time you add your your own brand colors, change the text, content and images, and add your own unique touch, most people will have no idea it’s the same website layout that someone else has used as well.

what if i wish to add more pages and features to my website in the future?

You can definitely add more details to your website in the future, such as extra pages, a blog, videos etc.  You can either simply add them yourself if you are super confident or contact us at info@99easyweb.com for a quote to do it for you.

will my website be mobile friendly?

Mobile friendly or responsive means that your website responds well on all mobile devices. In other words, it needs to be user-friendly, simple to navigate and easy for the visitor to find what they are looking. We make sure all the websites we offer are mobile friendly.

CAN I CHANGE WHICH READY-MADE TEMPLATE I WANT AFTER THE WEBSITE ORDER IS PLACED?

Yes you can, but only if no work has commenced on your website set up.  We will give you a date when your website set up is scheduled.

where are you located?

We are based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland Australia.  Because we work remotely we can work with anyone interstate or overseas. We communicate via email, whatsapp or zoom.
